I accept BCBS, UHC/Optum, SISCO, Midlands Choice, Health Partners, Aetna,
Alliance, Iowa Total Care & private pay. 

I will submit insurance claims on your behalf. It is your responsibility to
confirm your insurance carrier covers services before you schedule your first 
appointment.

I accept private payment via all major credit cards and Health Savings Accounts.

Initial Intake Session: $190
60 Minute Session: $180
45 Minute Session: $150
30 Minute Session: $120
Private Pay (60 Minute Session): $125

Walk & Talk Therapy: $125 (60 minute session)

(Walk & Talk Therapy is not billable by insurance)
