Walk and Talk Therapy provides clients the opportunity to be more at ease in the fresh air and encourage a natural flow of therapeutic conversation. It combines traditional talk therapy with movement in an outdoor setting where therapist and client can walk side-by-side and talk in a more natural, authentic way rather than sitting across from one another in a therapy room.​​​
