Finding Peace During Uncertain Times

COVID-19 fatigue is real! So many of my clients are telling me that they have become so overwhelmed with the life transitions and barriers that the COVID virus has brought to their lives that they find themselves "checking out." It is all too easy to throw up our arms and give in to the temptation to "check out" but what we really need right now is to be "checking in" with ourselves and doing an inventory of self-care needs.


Mindfulness skills can provide a much needed respite from the overwhelming emotions that we are experiencing during these uncertain times.
