The holiday season can be a stressful and emotional time for anyone but this year we have an added layer of challenges and changes to our holiday traditions due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. Some families have experienced loss this year and find themselves facing the holidays for the first time without their loved one or without their typical holiday traditions. Finding ways to cope with the added stress and grief we are experiencing is critical to our health and overall well-being.
